Apple Brings Devices To Product In Red To Raise Money For World AIDS Day

In regards to World AIDS Day for 2022, Apple is helping to raise money and spread awareness through special product releases and platform promotions.

To help combat AIDS and HIV globally, Apple has kicked off a color-coded promotion in support of the Global Fund. As a result, several products are receiving particular (PRODUCT) RED variants, and several Apple services are helping to improve AIDS awareness.

You can purchase an iPhone SE, iPhone 12, iPhone 13, or iPhone 14 (in regular, mini, or Plus models as applicable) to show your support while contributing a bit of money to the cause. Similarly, you can do the same with the Apple Watch Series 8 (steel case model) or a pair of Beats Solo3 Wireless headphones. Or, if you aren’t in the market for a new device, you can grab one of several RED-themed Watch bands or iPhone cases instead.

Along with fundraising via product sales, Apple is also promoting AIDS and HIV awareness through several of its other services, including Apple Music and Apple Books. The App Store promotes the HIV care app Preppy as its App of the Day, while Apple TV’s Watch Now tab features shows and movies focusing on the disease’s impact on human lives.

Apple Music also highlights thematic content in recognition of World AIDS Day. Apple Books presents a curated list of related books and audiobooks.

Apple’s (PRODUCT) RED accessories and hardware are available for purchase now. An unspecified portion of all (PRODUCT) RED sales will be sent to the world while Funds to help combat AIDS and COVID-19 throughout sub-Saharan Africa.

Local clinics could purchase motorbikes in Zambia to deliver lifesaving HIV/AID treatment to local communities when in-person visits declined due to COVID-19. This year, support from Apple and its consumers helped fund a program in Ghana that gave medical services the resources to provide bulk supplies so they could make many deliveries in a month to avoid risks, reducing their potential display to viral vaccination.

Support Efforts to End HIV, AIDS, and COVID-19This year, Apple is providing more ways than ever for consumers to help (RED) and its critical work through (PRODUCT) RED equipment and accessories, an Apple Pay donation program, and unique service collections.

Apple is providing a range of the latest (PRODUCTS) RED devices and accessories this holiday season, as well as iPhone 13 (PRODUCTS) RED, iPhone 13 mini (PRODUCTS) RED, and Apple Watch Series 7 (PRODUCTS) RED. A portion of each (PRODUCTS) RED buying proceeds goes directly to the Globally Fund to fight AIDS/HIV positives. From December 6, Apple is donating $1 to the Global Fund for every purchase.
